You deserve more than just ordinary gameplay. The bonus99 VIP program is designed to reward your loyalty with cashback, personalised bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and a range of premium privileges not available at the standard level.
Each bonus99 VIP level comes with its own set of benefits. The more active you are, the greater the rewards you receive every week and every month.
* All VIP rewards are subject to bonus99 terms and conditions. Please play responsibly.
The bonus99 VIP programme is more than just cashback – it is full recognition of your loyalty. Every ringgit you invest in gameplay counts, and your rewards grow alongside your activity on the platform.
Unlike other platforms that hide conditions in fine print, bonus99 practises full transparency. Cashback terms, bonus conditions, and withdrawal limits are all clearly stated so you can plan your gameplay strategy more effectively.
All bonus99 VIP rewards are calculated automatically and credited directly to your account. There is no complicated manual application process – our system handles everything for you.
Bonus99 VIP benefits are designed to deliver real value to every member, not just figures that look impressive on paper.
Your cashback rewards are calculated weekly and credited automatically with no application required. The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier, ranging from 3% to 10%.
VIP Diamond members have direct access to a dedicated personal account manager who is ready to assist with any need, from account enquiries to exclusive promotional offers.
VIP members enjoy higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits compared to regular members. The higher your VIP tier, the more flexible your withdrawal limits.
VIP Gold and Diamond members receive reload deposit bonus offers that are not available to regular members. These offers are often more rewarding, with lower wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed with priority. This means your funds reach your bank account faster than those of regular members.
VIP Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive events hosted by bonus99 from time to time, including special tournaments and celebratory events with attractive prizes.
The process of becoming a bonus99 VIP member is straightforward and transparent. There is no complicated application process – your VIP level advances automatically based on your playing activity on the platform.
Begin by registering a bonus99 account for free. Fill in your basic details, complete the KYC verification process, and your account will be activated shortly. All new members are eligible to join the VIP programme.
Once your account is active, make your first deposit using your preferred payment method – DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely in MYR.
Every game you play at bonus99 – whether slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, or Fish Shooting Games – counts towards your activity points. The more you play, the faster your VIP level advances.
The bonus99 system automatically tracks your activity and upgrades your VIP level once you reach the defined threshold. Cashback rewards and new benefits are credited immediately without any action required on your part.
Keep up your gaming activity to maintain your achieved VIP status. bonus99 also offers a status recovery program for members who may experience a temporary drop in activity, ensuring your VIP journey continues uninterrupted.
A key advantage of the bonus99 VIP programme is that cashback is calculated across all game categories. Whether you prefer betting on EPL football matches, sitting at a Live Casino Baccarat table, spinning the latest slot reels, or playing Fish Shooting Games – all of these activities count towards your weekly cashback eligibility.
This is a fair and flexible approach, as every player has their own preferred games. bonus99 does not differentiate by game type in VIP reward calculations, ensuring every member gets genuine value from their loyalty without needing to change their playing habits.

In the world of online entertainment platforms, many claim to offer the "best" VIP program — but on closer inspection, there are often hidden conditions, very high minimum thresholds, or a complicated application process. bonus99 takes a different approach: our VIP program is designed for players of all levels, not just big spenders.
One of the things bonus99 members value most is the transparency of the VIP programme. Cashback terms, reward rates, withdrawal limits, and level-up criteria are all clearly stated on this page and in our Terms and Conditions section. You will never be caught off guard by conditions that suddenly appear when you try to claim your rewards.
This differs from the practice of some platforms that apply very high wagering requirements on cashback, making the actual value of rewards far lower than advertised. At bonus99, the cashback rates we state are the net value you actually receive into your account, usable for gameplay or withdrawal in accordance with the applicable policy.
The bonus99 VIP programme tracks activity across all game categories available on our platform. Whether you prefer placing bets on Malaysia Super League and EPL matches in the Sports Betting section, playing Baccarat or Roulette in Live Casino with professional dealers, spinning the reels on slots from leading international providers, or trying your luck in action-packed Fish Shooting Games – all of these activities contribute to your VIP points and weekly cashback eligibility.
This integrated approach ensures that players with diverse playing preferences are rewarded fairly. You don't need to change your playing habits just to maximise VIP rewards – simply play the games you enjoy, and the bonus99 system will take care of the rest.
As a bonus99 VIP member, your account is protected by an additional layer of security. 256-bit SSL encryption safeguards all your data and transactions. Two-factor authentication is available to ensure only you can access your account, even from a new device. The KYC process completed during registration ensures that all withdrawal requests – especially for the higher limits available to VIP members – are processed securely and efficiently.
Your personal information is handled with care in accordance with Privacy Policy bonus99. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, and all your VIP transaction records are securely stored within our protected system.
Bonus99 VIP members enjoy priority access to our customer support team. Live chat is available 24/7 for all members, but VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority queue in the support line, ensuring their enquiries are resolved faster. For VIP Diamond members, your personal account manager is available for direct contact for more specific needs.
The bonus99 support team consists of staff who understand the needs of Malaysian players, communicate in Bahasa Melayu, and are familiar with local context. You won't be met with unhelpful automated responses or agents who don't understand your situation.
Bonus99 takes its commitment seriously towards Responsible Gaming, included in our VIP program. While we encourage members to make full use of the available VIP benefits, we also provide responsible gaming tools such as daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all members, including VIP members, without any penalty to their VIP status.
We believe a responsible VIP program is one that values players over the long term, not one that simply drives uncontrolled spending. bonus99 is committed to being a trusted entertainment partner, not just a platform that takes your money.
Bonus99 is an online entertainment platform. All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure fairness. Gambling can be addictive – please play responsibly and within your means. If you need assistance, contact our support team or visit the page Responsible Gaming.
