Bonus99 is more than just a name. We are an online gaming platform that has grown alongside the Malaysian player community, with a clear mission: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience for players of all backgrounds.
Bonus99 started with one simple belief: that Malaysian players deserve an online gaming platform that truly understands their needs and way of life. Not a platform transplanted directly from an overseas market, half-translated, and resold without any consideration for local context. We wanted something different.
Our journey began over five years ago, when a group of passionate individuals from the technology and digital entertainment industry decided to build something worth being proud of. We spent considerable time understanding the habits, preferences, and needs of Malaysian players before writing a single line of code. The result is bonus99 – a platform designed from the ground up with the Malaysian player in mind.
Today, bonus99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming destinations. With over 500 games across Live Casino, video slots, sports betting, fish shooting, and e-sports, we offer a variety that is hard to match. Yet for us, the numbers are not what matter most – what we value above all is the trust of every player who chooses bonus99 as their platform.
All games on the bonus99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.
Bonus99's vision is to become the most trusted and most loved online gaming platform in Malaysia. This is not merely a marketing slogan – it is the standard against which we measure every business decision. When we add a new game, the question is not "can we generate more revenue?" but "does this genuinely add value for our players?"
We believe responsible gaming and business success can go hand in hand. That is why bonus99 invests seriously in self-management tools for players, activity monitoring systems, and support programmes for those who may need help. Player trust is not something we take lightly.
In this industry, security is not optional – it is the foundation. The bonus99 platform is built on multi-layered security infrastructure that protects player data and funds at every level. From 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communications and two-factor authentication for login, to a thorough KYC process that safeguards account integrity, every step is designed to protect players' interests.
The withdrawal process at bonus99 is designed to be as seamless as possible. Your money is your money – we ensure withdrawal requests are processed quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary red tape. Players who have completed the KYC process can withdraw with full confidence that their transactions will be handled within the stated timeframe.
